my headshots are in!

There was nothing like it. A few Saturday's ago I had my first official photo shoot to get some headshots done!! It was awesome! This pretty famous photographer from LA, Kelsey Edwards, was in the Big D for a day to take some photos of "the up and coming talent" of the city. And I, Caroline Lamberth, was one of the lucky ones to get a photo-session scheduled in!

It was truly fantastic- the fan blowing your hair, taylor swift blaring from the speakers because you brought it, multiple cameras taking pictures of your every move!

Let's just say, I had a B-L-A-S-T- Blast!!!

I love this one- there was TONS of laughing during this photo-shoot and I am just glad they caught in on film.

The laughter was primarily due to this...

The photographers were trying to go for the pensive, sexy, no-teeth-smile look here- which Mom and Linds seemed to master quite nicely. I on the other hand... well I guess pensive and sexy just isn't quite my thing!

Now, at this point you may be wondering why I have included my mom and sister in all my pictures. Do we possibly have a trio act of singing, dancing, or maybe juggling?

Unfortunately no, although we'd be pretty great!

You may also be wondering why in the heck I am getting headshots. What talent do I possess? Where might you see me next? As a chart topping singer? As one of the dazzling Rockettes? Starring in my favorite broadway musical "In the Heights?" Or strutting it down the runway at Neiman's next big fashion show?

If you know me. You know that unfortunately for me, none of these are true. I cannot carry a tune to save my life. I only have 4 dance moves (and I'm pretty sure none of them are Rockettes worthy!) My acting skills are somewhat lacking. And as far as modeling goes.... well, I might be pretty good at that!

Right!!

If you know me and my fam, you also know that this was not MY photo shoot at all, but rather my beautiful, talented sister Lindsay's, who is in fact more than qualified to do all of the above! This was her photo shoot, and merely my fifteen minutes of fame! Mom and I were merely photographed because we came with Linds to the big shoot! But man, I will say that fifteen minutes of fame was pretty great!
